Administration Support, GAP Aftermarket
Job deion:
Provide serviceadmin support to service team and customers
- Toprepare and follow up parts-and-service quotations according to customer’srequirement.
- Toestablish filing process for contracts, quotations, bidding documents, faxesand mails, etc.
- Toupdate and maintain contract and customer database.
- To bookservice jobs/orders into ERP system and follow up the order processing includingorder status monitoring, issue of pending order, order close, order invoice,etc.
- To preparemonthly service statistics report and advise variance and key issues to themanager.
Co-ordinationwith credit & logistic team
- To help aftermarket sales team to activelycommunicate and coordinate with credit departments for accountreceivables in compliance with company credit policy.
- To help credits department to issue invoice tocustomers.
- Co-ordinatewith the area warehouse for delivery of parts.
- Liaisewith other offices and service administrators to actively co-ordinateintra-region administration issues and problems.
Jobrequirement:
- Collegedegree or above, majored in business management or equivalent.
- Morethan 1 years experience in sales/service admin support role in a customerorientated business environment.
- Good English in both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills including Microsoftskills and Lotus Notes.
- SAP and other ERP system experience is aplus.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer orientatedconcept.
